Unless specified, deposits paid and tickets issued are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show, and usually non-changeable before or after departure.
Fare and tax amounts may increase before ticket issuance. Deposits guarantee availability, not final price.
Checking flight details
You must verify passenger names, dates, routing, and other ticket details as soon as they are provided.
Passport, visa & immigration
You are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and transit documentation before travel.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing by the lead passenger. Charges may apply depending on ticket status and supplier rules.
